After a lot of late night development, I finally have a standard iPhone and Android realtor package available. For the longest time, I had a standard Android only version, but because of the need to support both the major platforms (Android, iPhone), I did not want to post its availability. Really excited about the just released android app Dine N Dash! This app has over 800 restaurants built in which features addresses, phone number, GPS turn by turn directions, special events and coupons. We are currently partnering with local restaurants who want to subscribe to our cloud service for coupons.
Currently we only have the Atlanta GA area build into the custom android app, but we are adding new markets and restaurants on a daily basis.
How the coupons work, is we provide a website which you use to upload your coupons. The coupons are linked to your account in the Dine N Dash app so the are automatically synced up. Should be a cheap and effective way of rewarding your loyal patrons in a digital way.

It is exciting times right now for software development. There has been a huge push to creating android apps for different businesses and I am happy to be part of the wave.

The first of hopefully many custom android apps for realtors have been released into the android market. Quick exciting! I certainly applied some new cool functions to this particular application. First, you do MLS searches right from your phone….nice! So, no more having to be stuck at a computer to look for a house.
I am pleased to announce the integration of a custom Google Maps feature which showcases listings. Each listing on the map has the ability to show you the price, address, and will allow you navigate a house. There is much more to come relating to the map features and GPS location based applications from me. I am quick hooked and amazed on what you can do with these technologies. After much long and hard work, Polar Sync was finally released. Polar Sync an android application which will take the export files from the personal polar site, and allow you to sync them up with your android mobile device. No blue tooth strap is necessary. Simply go into the polar site, export any data you want, and import that file into the Polar Sync web site.
The technology behind polar sync was a combination of .NET restful WCF web services, a .NET membership web site, and of course, a cool android program. Android applications can read in WCF http get calls, so then it was a matter of parsing the XML into a reading data. I strongly feel this is just the beginning in a long slew of upcoming cool android applications which will help out people in different ways.
